For those of you active folk living here in LA, perhaps Tennis is your cup of tea. However, if you come from somewhere outside of LA, you may not be used to some of the things involved in playing Tennis out here in Los Angeles. In his blog, tennis enthusiast Nachshon Draiman says, “Tennis has become a very popular sport that enthusiasts would always like to play.” This is true and it is perhaps this popularity that makes it a bit difficult to play in LA.
I once went on a blind date with a guy that wanted to play tennis. After spending two hours driving around in search of a court, I asked him to take me home. I’d never been that blunt with a “new” date before.
He neglected to book a court. In Los Angeles, it is usually important to book a court before playing. Although there are a few that this is not necessary, especially if you go at off hours. North Hollywood has a great court off of Tujunga. Brentwood also has an excellent court. Below we’ve listed some courts you should consider checking out - some require advanced booking and some have fees.
Need some tips for improving your game, sites such as the blog that Nachshon Draiman (who is also an entrepreneur) writes could do just the trick. Nachshon Draiman talks about everything from fuel conservation to tips and tricks.
